Question 1. What Is Your Only Comfort in Life and Death?
Answer: That I with body and soul, both in life and death, am not my own, but belong to my faithful Savior Jesus Christ,
who, with His precious blood, has fully satisfied for all my sins, and delivered me from all the power of the devil;
and so preserves me that, without the will of my Heavenly Father, not a hair can fall from my head;
yes, that all things must be subservient to my salvation;
and therefore, by His Holy Spirit, He also assures me of eternal life, and makes me sincerely willing and ready henceforth to live unto Him.
I am not my own.
For not one of us lives for himself, and not one of us dies for himself;
for if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord;
therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord's.
For to this end Christ died and lived again, that He might be Lord both of the dead and of the living. Romans 14:7-9
Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have from God,
and that you are not your own? For you have been brought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body. 1 Corinthians 6:19,20
Question: 1) How will my life be different as I remember that I am not my own?
I belong to my faithful Savior.
You belong to Christ; and Christ belongs to God. 1 Corinthians 3:23
. . . looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus,
who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession,
zealous for good deeds. Titus 2:13,14

2) How can I be zealous for good deeds?
He has fully satisfied for all my sins.
knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers,
but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. 1 Peter 1:18,19
If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth;
but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. 1 John 1:6,7
He has delivered me from all the power of the devil.
Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same,
that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil,
and might free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives. Hebrews 2:14,15
He preserves me.
This is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day.
For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life,
and I Myself will raise Him up on the last day. John 6:39.40
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish;
and no one will snatch them out of My hand. John 10:27,28
But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3

In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation, having also believed,
you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge of our inheritance,
with a view to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of His glory. Ephesians 1:13,14
He makes me sincerely willing to live for Him.
